Accommodation

 

The Porter's Lodge is open for checking in 07.30 - 19.30, Monday to Friday (excepting bank holidays), and 08.00 - 12.30 on Saturdays.  Tel: 0117 903 5523.

 

On the evening of Wednesday 29th September there will be a member of staff in the Lodge to recieve visitors who are unable to arrive within these check-in hours.  If you are arriving late, please be patient - staff will be temporarily away from the Lodge while showing other guests to their rooms.

 

On Thursday 30th September lectures will be finishing at 17.40.  If you are arriving on the Thursday, you will need to make your way to Manor Hall from the Education Centre to check in before 19.30.

 

If you have an accommodation problem outside of staff working hours and until 23.30, please contact the Duty Tutor on  07748 768430 (or as displayed in the Lodge window).  After 23.30, please contact the University’s Security Office on 0117 928 7848.

 

You must vacate your room and return your keys to the Porter's Lodge by 10.30am on Friday 1st October (or Saturday 2nd for those staying an extra night).

 

Breakfast will be served 07.30 - 09.00.

 

The Hall Bursar, Kath Horn, is your main contact for all queries.  Office hours are 08.00 - 16.00, Monday to Friday.  Tel: 0117 903 5520, Email: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .  The Hall Bursar's office is on the ground floor of the main building, (turn left off the entrance hallway past the Reception Room and Senior Common Room, and first right at the top of the short flight of stairs).

 

All delegates will be sent an electronic copy of the full accommodation information from Manor Hall.
